Fulfilling a long-standing wish and heeding the advice of our founder, we proudly expanded our product range by introducing Bakwa another Chinese New Year staple. By adding this timeless, savory delight to our lineup, we embraced not just a product but a Chinese tradition that brings families together and adds joy to every celebration.
Vacuum Packaging Technology
Responding to customer feedback about the short shelf life and freshness of Bakwa, we adopted vacuum packaging technology. Through extensive testing, we discovered that packaging the Bakwa immediately after grilling locks in all its freshness and rich flavors. This breakthrough extended the shelf life from the usual 7 days to an impressive one month without preservatives, ensuring superior quality and hygiene. However, this shift required us to educate customers over time. By staying true to our commitment to innovation and quality, we successfully introduced a better way to enjoy Bakwa without compromising its authenticity.
Officially branded as JinBBQ Meat
Rebranded as Jin BBQ Meat following a split from our business partner due to differing directions.
