What we make
Bak kwa dried meat 肉乾
Minced and sliced pork, bacon dried meat and minced chicken, grilled sweet, savoury and smoky.
Chinese sausage 腊肠
Premium, pork liver, gui fa yuk and wax belly meat, cured the Cantonese way.

Jin Woh Sausage Sdn Bhd began in 1968 making lap mei, traditional cured Chinese sausage. We started our own bak kwa with a home-made recipe in 2007, and the family brand became Jin BBQ Meat in 2017. Everything is made locally.
